How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling in the U.S.A. and to Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom is paid by DecorShots.

How fast will my order be shipped?
We generally ship artwork up to 10X15" or 15X10" within five business days, larger pieces may take an additional three weeks to ship.

What order restrictions are there?
Shipping is restricted to the following countries: U.S.A., Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Orders may be subject to restrictions by local, national or international laws.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.

Does your artwork have a warranty?
Our artwork is warrantied to be free of defects upon delivery, no other warranty is expressed or implied.

Who pays any applicable foreign duties, fees and/or taxes?
Applicable foreign duties, fees and/or taxes are your responsibility to pay.

Can I cancel an order?
DecorShots can cancel your order before it ships. We cannot cancel orders after they are shipped. Please email contact@metroshot.com about canceling your order.

What if my country requires an import license?
It is your responsibility to obtain any applicable import licenses in your county before placing an order with DecorShots. We do not pay for any import license fees or costs.

Can DecorShots refuse an order?
DecorShots reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Yes, you can order through the mail. We can accept checks and money orders made to MetroShot LLC, please do not send cash. Please indicate in a letter that you are initiating a new order and include your name, shipping address, phone number, the artwork id(located at the bottom of a display page), size, finish and border or borderless.
